About Us
Kevin founded LBS Realty Group in the summer of 2010 after a successful career at one of the most prestigious realty offices in Falmouth. Kevin's drive to provide outstanding service and results has earned him the respect of his colleagues and praise from his clients. In 2007, Kevin began working with lenders and financial institutions to aid in the disposing of distressed properties. He is considered one of the foremost experts of distressed properties on Cape Cod. Kevin leverages his many years of sales experience and knowledge to achieve optimal results for his clients. Kevin volunteers his time with the city of Falmouth as a member of their Substance Abuse Committee and resides in Falmouth with his wife Joleena and there two dogs, Zoe and Taku.
